Paris was a waitress at Mama's Italian before the Outbreak. She is shown to be kind a sensitive but not afraid of confrontation. This is shown when he tries to convince Edward to not fire Cesare.
Post-Apocalypse[]
In the second issue, Paris starts a fight to open the door to let Cesare in. She has an argument with Edward about his constant threats towards his employees.
She and Cesare form a romantic relationship shortly before she is killed.

Paris and Cesare were shown to be close co-workers. Paris clearly cared for Cesare as she went out of her way to try to stop Edward from firing him and later forcing the door open so he would survive. Later, they kiss after Cesare thanks Paris and presumably form a romantic relationship.
Edward[]
Paris and Edward have a poor relationship. Edward is controlling and generally a mean person. Paris is shown to have a strong dislike towards him as she had an argument with him over him threatening to fire people.
